Provided all the receipts and information on my treatment and it's taken over a week to for them to email me to say my claim was incomplete and missing the information that I have clearly provided. Now I can't pay the bills and there's no way of talking to anyone on the phone. Absolute clowns, avoid at all costs.

Sooo easy to use. Even I can make a claim in a matter of minutes, and I was hesitant about signing up thinking that I didn’t know much about making insurance claims and that it would be too complicated to use and/or too difficult to actually get anything back. On every claim I’ve submitted I’ve been reimbursed in full, and I’m saving tons on my usual dental bills as a result. Really happy my employer opted in!!

Over 2 months into the cover being paid & they haven't bothered to even sign up my account - I've called up 5 times now Support as beyond useless & depending on who you get just give you fob off answers such as "We'll be back to you in due course" with no timeline or urgency to actually provide the service you're paying for How hard can it be to set up an account & send an email

Glad I read these reviews before I decided to sign up , to many negative reviews about delays and not paying out, so thanks to all who gave an honest review, I have decided to pursue insurance through Denplan instead its a little more expensive but the reviews are pretty good in comparison, Denplan also seems to offer better cover, I guess you pay for what you get these days.

Very slow process just to get user and password. Claim still outstanding for over 2 weeks when they state 8-10 working days. Will not be renewing my policy and would not recommend at all

I have been trying to submit a claim for the last 3 weeks, i've been unable to access my account to do this online. I've tried multiple times to contact them without ever getting through to anybody. I have also sent emails asking for somebody to help me and contact me. Extremely disappointed, especially as i have not made a claim in over two years due to dentists being closed for a huge part of that time, yet they have been getting my money every month without fail!!!!!

Not having a great experience. My husband is with another insuer. We submitted our claims same week. He has been paid out weeks ago and I am still waiting. It's like they are delaying paying out. Got this through work so will be passing feedback on and seeing if other colleagues have had same experience .
