Totally not recommended, u will find rude, mannerless and racist flatmate who’s gonna knock ur door at 3am for some ridiculous reason, all the excuses are like ’Ah sry I was so drunk last night’, or play some terrible disco music at 2 am in the living room. If u can handle everything I mentioned before, this accommodation is soooo far away with the campus(about 2 miles) After all, if u can still handle that, good luck and have fun XD

Absolutely amazing students accommodation; By far the best of any University-owned. Extremely modern with large spacious common rooms and bedrooms. Small double beds in every room and lots of storage space for clothing. Usually very lively during term time, and as it is located on the Fallowfield Campus, there are plenty of other students and accommodation around too, making for a stellar atmosphere for any student coming to university for the first time. Plenty of nearby shops including Sainsburys and Iceland as well as Fallowfield village with quite a few pubs and bars nearby, also only a 5 minute walk from both the 42 Bus Route, the 50 Bus Route, and the 150 Bus Route, so travel is easily accessible across different parts of Manchester. Honestly the best place to stay at UoM and has been an absolute blessing staying here for the Academic Year 2021/22.
