Beautiful jewellery... unless you have to return it, then, the nightmare starts. Couldn't be more unhappy with their customer service. Extremely efficient answer when you want to buy, but when you want to return the item they stop answering emails. I have been waiting 20 days to return an item and still not heard from them. I want my money!! OUTRAGEOUS will never buy with them again. Disgusting!

Would give 0 stars if possible. We purchased a watch, which broke within 2 weeks of having it. Customer service has been awful. We have had to pay for postage even though it’s their issue that the watch broke and now have been chasing for over a month for tracking information as we still haven’t received it and have been ignored. Terrible company. Would never buy from them again.
