Update 2022: most of the posts have cracked provided by this company and one snapped in half in the recent storm - poor quality. Don't know if we had so many problems because of Covid situation but we had a nightmare with this company. Fences, gravel boards and fence posts poorly made. Took weeks to sort a job that should have been simple for an established company. Wouldn't recommend based on our experience.

Won't ever be using them again, quality of panels is fine but they made 2 panels to a completely wrong size (150mm short) so 2/10 were unsuable, they refused to accept they had made a mistake, they also suspiciously didn't have any records of the original order so they had plausible deniability. I wasn't given a receipt for my order when it arrived, was told "We don't make mistakes" time and time again even though 2 panels are wrong size. Was accused of being "cheap" over the phone by a bloke that works for the company because I didn't want to pay them an extra £300 for them to spend an hour fitting them. Insisted if I wanted to get the last 2 panels I'd need to pay for 2 new ones made to order which was almost £140 extra on top of my original £570 order. Still ended up being £80 out of pocket after haggling on the phone for a very long time. They're your best mate until you paid them then after its like you don't exist anymore.
