    I find it funny how there is so many bad reviews about the receptionists yet they are still in a job? I cant believe karen is still there to be honest, rudest my obnoxious woman on the planet! I left this GP a couple years ago but I just wanted to see if they are still as bad as they was, and surprise surprise they are.

    Absolutely useless. The staff are totally uninterested, completely unhelpful and treat you as if you are just an inconvenience to whatever they are doing on the other end of the phone when you ring up. If you actually go in the place they will keep you waiting whilst they ignore you or chat amongst themselves. The service is absolutely shocking!

    What an absolute disgrace of a gp surgery the receptionists are rude and won't listen then when you try to tell them they just put you on hold like a naughty child I have now been trying to get an emergency appointment for 2 weeks and keep getting fobbed off then tried again today to be told I can't speak with the gp because tbey have training fro 1pm so they are closed i have got something pressing on my spine and this dosnt warrant a gp app apparently then to be told im being rude and over dramatic I lost it i asked the woman dontou live in constant pain she said yes I do actually like she has a clue what I live with everyday and when you try to make a complaint the manager is just has bad

    Receptionists are rude and are very patronising. They won't even do something as simple as a name change and they act like they know everything. And it's almost impossible to get an appointment in time even when you ring up at 8 am. Doctors are patronising too.
