What a terrible terrible company. DO NOT GO WITH 360 PROPERTIES. Their representative Jamie worked with the silent landlord William Evans to take as much deposit off of us as possible citing things that were damaged even though they were damaged before we moved into the property!!! We were charged £1000 in damages - over half of our deposit, despite thoroughly cleaning and rectifiying 100% of issues on our exit. They would not even stand for general wear and tear so i had to paint walls!!!! And still......they take £1000 from our deposit. DO NOT GO WITH 360 PROPERTIES, JAMIE, OR THE LANDLORD, WILLIAMS EVANS. We felt well and truly scammed and were effectively blackmailed so that we wouldnt challenge them via the Deposit Protection Scheme. We were told in no uncertain terms that if we challenged them they would “find more issues” and hold us accountable. Pure scum. DO NOT GO WITH 360 PROPERTIES, OR THE LANDLORD, WILLIAMS EVANS!!!
