I am a keen runner and have had persistent pain with Plantar Fasciitis - Lee helped me out with some shockwave and some orthotics plus exercises. Over the course of about 3 months I have rehabilitated and am running pain free - Lee knows his stuff, the shockwave was more effective than what I had received elsewhere plus the orthotics were surprisingly cheap - I would very highly recommend

Have to say the service provided by Lee has been first class. I had plantar fasciitis and gradually over the last two months it has improved through a mix of manipulation, bespoke insoles and an exercise regime. Lee never overpromised and the improvement has been really pleasing.

I am in my late 60's (I need to update the photo!). I arrived with Lee having started using a walking pole to keep my balance as I was in pain and, despite having orthotics, felt insecure when walking. A few weeks later the problem with my left leg has been identified and sorted - fascia release and balance exercises. I have ditched the pole and am now looking forward to my family holiday. Absolutely brilliant. Thank you Lee.

My chiropodist recommended I see Lee Short because of the pain/discomfort I was having with walking. Lee quickly diagnosed a problem with my Achilles’ tendon and carried out some physical manipulation, a couple of sessions of shockwave therapy, orthotic inserts for my shoes, and a programme of exercises to do at home. Lee was very open in warning me that it would take some time, which it did, but I could not be more delighted with the outcome. I have now reduced the exercise programme to a maintenance regime and I am easily able to walk long distances with absolutely no pain at all. Lee is friendly and professional and the treatment I have received has been transformative.

Two years after a hip replacement, I was never without pain in the joint, sometimes so severe that I was completely immobilised until it subsided. I visited Lee to get new orthotic soles for my shoes and he commented on my awkward gait and offered a course of facial manipulation. This has transformed things. Apart from an occasional ache when I have walked , cycled or worked too long in the garden I am without the debilitating pain and have much improved mobility in the joint and am now able to work on regaining muscle strength. I can’t recommend Lee’s diagnostic and clinical practice enough.

I first went to see Lee when I had really bad foot pain . He diagnosed me with Plantar fasciitis and talked through the various options and recommended starting with physio exercises . Lee is very professional and I felt safe with the Covid measures in place . I ended up having further treatment over the next year in my other foot, which included advising me which shoes to wear , providing purpose built innersoles and shock wave treatment . This enabled me to start running again ! He is very knowledgeable, friendly and I would definitely recommend .

I saw Lee about my persistent lateral knee pain whilst running. I had a comprehensive evaluation, including a 3D running analysis using the MotionMetrix software, which is fully worth the price. Lee identified a few problem areas from an initial structural analysis, as well as some things I could do whilst running to reduce my lateral knee load. After 2 sessions, the subtle changes to my running form, Lee's skills in fascial manipulation, and a set of exercises with clear progressions had me running at a level I hadn't been able to maintain for a year. I'm very happy with my progress through Lee's help and would highly recommend him!

Magic hands... Really bad dead leg. Three weeks of pain in my thigh (which had also migrated to the front and back of my knee and, occasionally, my calf). It certainly wasn’t getting better on its own. Went to see Lee. A comprehensive assessment followed by an hour of heavy duty massage / mild torture. Next day I was sore in all the areas he’d worked on, after three days things were much better and after a week I’m fully fit and ready to go skiing. Absolutely fantastic service. There’s no way it would’ve got better without Lee’s help. Highly recommended.

I came to see Lee recently for a full running MOT. I had a number of running related ailments that had stopped me getting out in recent months. They have some fantastic state of the art running analysis equipment and first class professional advice. I discovered my running technique is ‘constant glider’ but following analysis and engaging new techniques I’m now a ‘quick stepper’! Whilst there Lee was able to assess my injuries and carry out some fascial manipulation on a persistent hip / glute pain. I would definitely recommend one of these sessions.
