I had 2 appointments back to back. I was not sure when they were. I went in to uni early to check (and do some work). I waited 30 minutes in the health centre before they told me, and the receptionist told me it was at 13:00. So I went back to do some more work, and came back at 12:55 sharp. When I came back the nurse said I missed my first appointment, and I had to rebook the first one. When I called in the next morning, they made me wait 40 minutes, and I still did not get this appointment.

The internet, and 100’s of mums around the country will be seeing these Facebook posts and worrying they’ve done something wrong not getting their child Men B vaccinated prior to Uni. Almost always very rude, or don’t know how to help on the phone or reception and are e been rude about that. Often (like VERY OFTEN) say bye and hang up the phone when I’m still asking a question or trying to talk and are beyond ridiculously bad for mental health. Unfortunate that I have to give them any stars at all.

This surgery is by far the best health centre I have ever been registered with. The reception staff are helpful and kind, and I've never had a challenge getting an appointment. The doctors here are absolutely fantastic and look at patients holistically, with so much care and kindness. I've never had issues with prescriptions or referral delays with this practice, having been a patient for 18 months. I have complex chronic health conditions and the nursing staff and doctors have worked hard to get me a holistic care package; something I've never managed to get before. Within a few months of registering with the practice, I finally got a diagnosis for a condition I'd been struggling with for 5 years. I highly recommend this practice and I'm very disappointed that I'm changing GP due to a house move. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone at the practice for listening to me and getting things in place to make my conditions more manageable.
