If you are an international student, for some programmes, you are paying £20,000+ for their "online streaming service." Two-thirds of the lectures and seminars in my programme were delivered online in poor quality; they didn't tell us anything about this until a few days before the first semester started. The student support here is awful, and they have a tendency to delay things that are important to students. I'm glad that I withdrew from my programme since almost everything was unacceptable. I agree with the review that said "The Russell Group should take a good hard look at the running of this university. " Avoid.

The Russell group should take a good hard look at the running of this University. What happens publicly and behind closed doors are very different. Poor services and care to their students. Also a lack of care and wellbeing to their staff.
