I had a thorough eye test which was carried out in a professional and friendly manner and all safely done with regards to the pandemic. I was given plenty of time and advice to choose the frames. The spectacles were ready in a couple of days and I was really pleased with them. Unfortunately, I managed to put them through the washing machine pre-Christmas. The team were really quick to respond to my message for help to replace the lenses. I can't thank them enough and highly recommend their service.

I highly recommend the University of Portsmouth Eye Clinic - the staff were approachable and welcoming and took their time to explain the different tests and processes. I also appreciated the additional care and time taken when adjusting the equipment to make me comfortable as I was 33 weeks pregnant at the time with a fast-growing bump! I would definitely encourage people to register and attend here.
