    Too slow. They were supposed to review some fraud with apprenticeship funding which involved over a hundred apprentices. We were passed around from training provider to training provider for over 6 months and they still have not resolved the issue. The person who was supposed to be dealing with the problem went on holiday and just left the problem to fester
