The gym is quit big and spacious with many equipment's for cardio. Sometimes other gym equipment's are very busy, would be nice if have one or two more chest fly machine. Also some more space for hands free exercise would be great. Gym staff at the receptions is very nice and helpful. However, giving one star due to very rude and unexpected behaviour by one of the staff member (may be he is a trainer) from swimming pool section with my wife.

Visited to play badminton, after booking a court online. Staff at reception were incredibly rude and patronising and tried to charge us double. Online prices are 3.50 for the entire court for non-members but they tried to charge us entrance fees each despite the website saying nothing about this. Overall the customer service is the worst I have ever come across!! Would not recommend.
