Open day with my daughter. All staff were great and helpful. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Thank you all for making us (especially my daughter) welcome and informed. She will be joining a great bunch of people. Thank you again.

I started here by chance, and at the end of my MA in Creative Writing, I feel part of a community. Within 24 months the University of Hull achieved what my four years of BA only promised to give me. I found like-minded people and tutors with whom I could share my work without feeling uneasy about it. The feedback I received during these years built me up, but also helped me see all the issues that were disabling my previous written works. Today I feel like someone who can really bring something new to the bookworld and not just a bunch of sentences stuck together by chance.

I also came to the UK aged 12 and managed to get a grad role in my degree area within Hull. Great uni and if you decide to stay in Hull, there are plenty jobs available - plus good poeple.

Horrible place with unhelpful staff. One of the worst universities I've ever been too.

I am looking much forward to do an exchange in this university next September, but the staff keeps telling me the agreement with exchange students will be ending, even though I already received the confirmation from both my university and the University of Hull🤷🏼‍♀️. I sometimes loose all my hopes, since they are telling me I might end up without my dreamt Erasmus experience in here.
