You explicitly assured me that my certificate had been retrieved, and I quote your own words, "Your certificate only came back to the University last week. I will repost it today and will let you know the tracking number when I receive it." Eagerly anticipating the tracking number that would have provided much-needed clarity and peace of mind, I began my arduous wait. With mounting concern and a commitment to maintaining a courteous tone, I repeatedly reached out to your office through numerous follow-up emails. Regrettably, your silence in response to these inquiries demonstrated a disheartening lack of consideration for my legitimate concerns. To my disbelief, it was only today that you finally deigned to provide the tracking number. However, what I discovered shattered any remaining vestiges of patience or understanding within me. Your negligence has allowed my certifications to languish in Turkey since April 26, unbeknownst to me and against any reasonable expectations. And now, the website has the audacity to inform me that they are being sent back to the UK, yet again! Your egregious mishandling of this situation has left me profoundly dismayed and deeply dissatisfied with the services rendered by your institution.     So unfriendly, unhelpful, unethical, racist faculty. I’ve never seen a university that pushes student to point of breaking. Wrongful accusations of attendance and they also threatened students to kick out even with 85/90% attendance.

    They don't provide adequate support to their international students even though these students pay the most tuition fees. Also, library books are obsolete and they have very limited access to credible articles online which makes research very difficult. I should have known better not to spend hard earned £12,000 for my Masters programme on a University that does not regard my investment as to make it worth my while.
