It’s been a month since the dentist at the emergency service referred me here as an urgent case. I am immunocompromised and have every sign of an infection (including high temperature…) but nobody is willing to see me or help. I was sent by the emergency service because it was an urgent case that required a specialist team i.e. an emergency dentist is simply not qualified to do anything. Front desk staff are rude and give terrible advice. I am extremely scared and stressed because I feel that my infection may be spreading and there is nothing I can do to help myself and nobody here is available to help me. I am extremely disappointed 😔

Not only was the lady that I saw very dismissive 2wards me she didnt hide that she wasnt interested in what i was going through. I received the summary that she wrote and was shocked because it is not a true reflection of what has actually been happening. There is more than 1 lie in the letter including stating things I never said.

Absolutely brilliant in every way. I cannot overstate how wonderful this dental service is. I’ve had a root canal, temporary filling, permanent filling and multiple x rays here and all have been amazing! I’m going back to have a crown in a couple of weeks. On top of giving amazing treatment and everyone being really friendly, professional and welcoming, the hospital have been awesome to my service dog. Not only have they ensured that there have been no problems with access, they even gave a bowl of water for him the last time I was in without me even needing to ask! Thank you to everyone at the hospital, you’re awesome!

How on earth do these people not answer the phone no matter what time of day nobody picks up and yet whenever I have took my child for her appointment here they all seem to be sat chatting behind the desk caught up in personal conversations not picking up the phones they must put phone lines on a permanent divert absolutely ridiculous how unprofessional

Left me on the line waiting for over 2 hours when i called and asked if I register someone there. They said wait for the student department to pick up and 2 hours 10 minutes later they haven’t. Could’ve and should have just told me NO. Instead of wasting my time🤦♀️ Zero to customer services 😒
