I've always bought my tropical fish from this store, staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and it has very good prices! Fishes are always in perfect health and very colourful. Reptile and bird cages are clean and well looked after. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommend :)

Poor quality fish, loads had white spot and rot, tiny cramped tanks, really run down. Reptile section was disgusting.

My first experience with this shop was that the staff where very helpful, polite and welcoming. I recently bought a sturgeon from here and after about 3 days it had died and coincidentally a couple of my other fish what have been alive and healthy for 3 years now died with it. I had never had any issues with any fish Ive owned; My pond is well filtrated with a backup filter incase the main filter breaks they have oxygenated pumps to make sure there is enough oxygen in the water. After this sturgeon had died i rang up and spoke with the owner. In response he said that he normally doesnt do any sort of compassion but however because of the circumstances he said i came back back in the spring he would provide me with another. Last week i went back go get the other sturgeon he made good on his word and provided another sturgeon in witch i also purchased a grass carp with it. However when i went and checked on the pond again yesterday the sturgeon was dead so i decided to keep an eye on the grass carp, as i went and checked my pond at about 11 am i came outside to see the grass carp was dead. The staff and serve is great cant fault them but the quality of fish shocking.

This place has been going for a long time and I’ve had some decent fish from them. I bought a pair of apistogramma cacatuoides last week. I should have left them really. The male was so under weight. They’re in a planted species tank alone. I’ve kept many species of Apistos. I don’t think the male is going to make it despite my best efforts to save him. Very disappointed!!
