If I could rate it 0, I would! B16 studios is the worst place you could ever possible live. It’s a money making scheme and they do not care about the residents what so ever. There has been like 5 different managers on the space of 6 months because no one wants to manage that unprofessional place. It’s full of lies, the things they advertise are not even there anymore. Not to mention that most of the time there is no hot water and no security or lift. Do not live here if you value yourself. NOT TO MENTION THE AMOUNT OF FAKE REVIEWS ON GOOGLE THE 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE FAKE THESE PEOPLE DONT EVEN LIVE HERE!

I’ve had a lot of problems with this accommodation. I withdrew from university in January due to mental health reasons, and provided my withdrawal letter, yet it’s now April and the landlord still hasn’t made a decision. Throughout these months I’ve let them know several times I can’t afford rent and have gotten into debt to make sure it’s paid, making my mental health worse but all they replied with is if I don’t pay then I’ll go through the debt collection process. It’s absolutely ridiculous they don’t care about what I’m going through, they just want to take every single penny from me for as long as they can. This has made my mental health worse and I’m suffering from extreme anxiety wondering how I’m going to continue paying rent
