    Disappointed and shocked at the lack of empathy from the owner.Took my expensive front room curtains in for their first dry clean and was excited that I’d finally found a decent place in my area. Picked them up after a few days, got them home and hang them only to find that they were completely covered in snags where they at obviously caught on something in the machine and one even had loads of holes in the material.Called them the very next morning and took them back in to show them.Only to be told I had to wait a week to speak to the owner which was completely pointless anyway, as he completely denied any fault and said that he was going to do nothing about it or replace them.I now have to replace them myself at a cost of £250.(Absolutely shocking) Service: Organic dry cleaning
