I started coming to Nat when I had a niggle in my back that I was worried would turn into an injury if I wasn’t careful. At my first appointment Nat identified a number of things that could be causing the pain - and within a couple of sessions I was completely pain free. I now go for maintenance sports massages every 2-3 weeks. Nat is incredibly knowledgeable and personable. I couldn’t recommend her more!!
