No empathy from staff, bad communication, no shifts and whenever you call for an inquiry they give you assurance that they are going to sort it out and never do. It’s been extremely exhausting working here..I don’t have anyone to complain too as they act like robots and never show concern.

VERY BAD!!!! DO NOT JOIN!!! they took 65 pounds for training and dbs. They didn't give me any shifts. I always have to call multiple times for them to give me shifts. And when they gave me about 5 shifts they made up excuses to not give me shifts. When I questioned it they called it a business. Don't waste your money.

Applied for a job here after seeing an advertisement on indeed. After completing online training I recieved an email to state that a "supervisor" no longer had a job position for me. This was the day before my interview. Honestly do not apply here!! The company makes false advertisements AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! they are advertising now on indeed for staff what a joke!
