Too much time, money and effort is spent on blowing their own horn when time, money and efforts should be spent on safety and maintenance. Let them who support the useless newsletter die of carbon monoxide asphyxiation. Proper and thorough safety risk assessments have NOT been carried out for decades. Unity Housing Association Limited uses contractors to try to intimidate tenants.

Sorry but in my experience, customer service was not good especially for reporting repairs and waiting too long for repairs to be completed, otherwise houses are generally in good condition. Staff are helpful though.

Me and my family being harassed, intimidating, stalking by our 3 neighbors and unity especially 3 workers including management working with them against us. My partner was hit by male, he shouted racist comments etc all on CCTV, mobile phone video and no action was taken by them. My dog was poisoned by them plus loads other stuff. Unity are racists, arrogant and wish badly towards me and my family. This is all due to our race. Staff from unity very unprofessional, middle finger being show towards me, smirking, not respond to any of my emails, just ignoring me all the time.
