Don't ever use this taxi company because my nan lost her walking sticks in one of the taxis earlier today after coming back to her care home from Darlington Hospital. My mum rang up the company to check if they've had my nans walking sticks which they do but my mum got told that they'd be a £8-£10 charge just to bring the Walking Sticks back to my Nans Care Home because my nan needing them as she's a OAP, absolutely ridiculous. I won't be using this company if im ever in Darlington. Shocking to say the least. 🙄

One of their drives crash into my car. My insurance asked some information about the driver. I contacted United taxis and they was very rude on the phone and they refused to give me even the driver name.

12 MARCH AT 16.00 OUT STANDING SERVICE had a great driver who was from Persian well spoken, pick up on time. Never had any problems with any of the staff at all. Even if they are running little late due to traffic why moan about it? Its not the drivers fault due to traffic. I HOPE THE DRIVER SEE THIS and it is down on in record. Thanks for a safe journey my friend
