Not a great experience. Friend needed a taxi to the station. Got a call stating that the taxi had arrived despite the fact we were outside the building and there was no one to be seen. Tried to call the driver, no answer. Driver finally calls us back and realised he is in the wrong place and hangs up, with no word as to whether he is on his way. I call again and say does he need directions and he states he wasn’t anywhere near our address. No apologies for this upon arrival, and had an attitude towards my friend for the rest of the journey. Almost resulted in my friend missing her train, despite us pre booking this taxi so she would get there with plenty of time. Avoid. Update: used United again as I needed a taxi quickly and their booking service through phone call is abysmal. The automated voice did not understand my address. Had to book through the app. United, sort this out please!
