Shibden Pet Services have been walking my boisterous 17 month old Sprocker for around 6 months and I’ve found Sheridan to be reliable and helpful. I was ill in January and struggling to get the dog out and Sheridan fitted us in at the last minute. Sheridan and Tracy loves dogs and the dogs love Sheridan and Tracy. Highly recommend

Disappointed. I contacted Shibden Pet Services and made an enquiry for my 3 shih Tzu's. I spoke with Sheridan who was lovely and asked me to send my details and she would be in touch to make arrangements to come out and meet me & my dogs. Unfortunately following the initial phone call I found Sheridan to be unreliable in arranging a meeting after requesting my availability 3 times. I received another text message from Sheridan asking if I was around at the weekend to which I advised I was and again nothing. Followed by another text asking if i was available tonight at 18.30 there was no apology for the no show or lack of communication. it was like it was okay to be this unresponsive to customers. As a new customer it left me feeling unconfident and apprehensive about using this pet service. I decided not to go ahead as I was looking for a reliably reliable Pet service that I could trust but this has not been the case and placed doubt that I would be let down. Not a good start.

Sheridan has looked after both our dogs for well over a year now. She is professional, turning up whatever the weather, and also trains them whilst walking. Our dogs aren't the easiest to handle but Sheridan manages with ease.....and they worship her! Highly recommended.
