    Horrible receptionists and even worse manager, said his name was Ricardo (- but I don't believe that!). Took 7 days for my recipient to get €500 in Portugal because of incorrect/misleading information both on their website, and after I raised my complaint this 'so called' manager never bothered to resolve my issue or contact me. BEST ADVICE: PAY £2.90 AND USE WESTERN UNION, PAY IN CASH AT ANY BRANCH AND RECIPIENT WILL RECIEVE THE FUNDS IN 10 MINS.
