Scammers, don't use them. I book a taxi 4 days in advance, they cancelled 4 time (took almost 2 weeks to refund), at the end they send a taxi, which was late, and because we made the booking for 3 person's and on the pick up we were 4 he tried to charge us £8 more for a trip to Gatwick plus the £5 drop off which already has been paid. Never again, Metro cars or Uber from now on.

DO NOT USE, MY BAG WENT MISSING! We pre-booked a taxi to Gatwick airport early morning, 5.30am pickup. He was 10 minutes late, and we got no apology even after saying it might be nice to get an apology at least. He unloaded our luggage at drop off point, but not my back pack and drove off after my husband paid before we could do a last minute proper bag check. I tried to get his attention, he must've ignored us, then I called the cab firm within less than one minute of him pulling off. They told me "he is pulling over to check", I said "no don't check it's in there, he needs to turnaround and come back", so that could've given him time to either hide the bag in a location or under his seat lid. They started making us feel like we were going mad as though it got left it at home, but we know we didn't, but of course you go through the motions and check anyway, and low and behold of course it wasn't at home. I had only minutes before the taxi arrived to us, just taken something out of the backpack and put it in my suitcase as well. I had the backpack with me the whole time. The taxi was adamant he didn't have it, which feels like an utter lie! It had my laptop, money, passport, meds and so many valuables in. We couldn't go on holiday and the person on the phone at the company was defensive, totally un-empathetic, and rude and he had the audacity to tell me I was out of order to assume the taxi had my bag. I mean where else is it? It's not at my parents, and it didn't come out of the taxi the other end, it doesn't just magically vanish into thin air! And because the cars have no CCTV in their cabs they know that the police can't follow it up, so they can get away with things like this easily if they wanted to, and they bank on people's silence and being too scared to speak up! I am flabbergasted this company can run without any duty of care to their passengers! We are beyond distraught and feel completely violated. Will never ever use this company again and will use any opportunity to tell people what happened to us!

Thieves ! Diabolical, I booked one of their cars to turn up at Gatwick Airport to take me for a short run round the corner, the driver turned up, we loaded in all of the kit, and because we had a snowboard, he tried to charge us an extra £10. We refused so he unloaded the car and he still billed us via Uber for the journey regardless of the fact that he refused to take us unless we paid 55% more than the original quote. They refused to refund even though they never actually took us anywhere.
