Ordered a bedroom carpet to be fitted and a double bed with mattress. Delivered on the day as suggested. Carpet fitted quickly and efficiently by a great fitter. There was a small part missing from securing the headboard. The manager brought it himself after work despite being out of his way and fitted the headboard himself which wasn’t part of the agreement. Great friendly service. Thank you Mike at the St Helens store.

This company practices false advertising as the price cards say that the fitting of the carpet is free as long as you buy underlayer as well, but when you get the quote you get a fitting fee as well. What a totall waste of my time.
