Do not book a taxi with this company. I booked a taxi 4 days in advance to collect our relatives from Heathrow after a 11 hour flight to us in London. Rang to check all well on the day and was told they had cancelled the booking. Had called the relatives - WHO WERE MID FLIGHT to let them know. Appalling service. Don’t use them.

If I could put 0 stars I would have…I was due to be picked up at 4am, by 420 no car arrived. I called the taxi company who said car had been in An accident and was late. Then that they had to send another person for 5am. I had a flight to catch…at 510 they call to say they can’t send a car and will refund me… leaving me in the lurch rushing to find another taxi an hour late to get to my flight on time. Such a stressful morning and such terrible organisation by united car

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY - pre booked and paid well in advance only to find out 10 minutes AFTER I’m meant to be picked up that the driver’s car won’t start. Horrific service and it seems they have a lot of similar reviews, don’t take the risk!

Pre booked a cab for several days in advance of the trip. I called them the day before the trip just to double make sure it was fine because I didn’t want to be stuck the next day, they confirmed all was fine. They then ring me the day of essentially saying they couldn’t be bothered to do it and they were going to cancel, leaving me stuck on the day. Great job guys.
