Never had a problem here. Deliveries/collections can sometimes take a while, due only to access and other vehicles to and from adjacent businesses. At best, you'll turn up, get tipped/loaded (as long as you have relevant paperwork, reference numbers, customer details etc, this IS important) and be away. At worst, you'll turn up, wait a bit......que for a bit....move up a bit......wait some more...que again...need a 45...get pulled round...wait again...get moved, coz now, your in the way, get fed up and...finally, get pulled out! Friendly but totally unprofessional people! Colour matching was horrible and with inadequate clamping and packaging of the finished product several thousand pounds worth of parts were destroyed without acknowledging the damage. Sorry never again!
