    Absolute shambles, only gave one-star because I couldn't give a half. Cold-called me in summer 2020 to ask if they could come and sell me business Broadband, and then didn't turn up. Rang again a couple of months later, giving it the hard sell. Offered to pay cancellation fees for current provider, and came up with arguably a good package offer, to which I agreed. Then told me I couldn't have it unless I took on their utilities package too, though, in light of the potential savings overall, this also made sense, so I agree. Then radio silence, for months. Then our original ISP cuts off our business' phones and broadband in Feb '21. Manage to get through to Unite (having rung original ISP, to be informed that we'd left) only to be told they cannot offer me the package anymore. Seems they only get in contact with you if they know there's commission at the end of it. Existing BB provider (Chess - don't go there, either!) now lump me with £1k worth of early termination fees, because Unite had instructed them to cancel, and then done nothing to reinstate it when they decided they weren't going to supply us after all. Had they told me in advance, I could have re-instated Chess, but they didn't - I had to ring them! EDITED TO RESPOND TO REPLY BELOW: I stand by my statement. Some of their response is correct, some of it is misleading, and some of it is a complete fabrication of the truth. I'm stunned, in honesty, by the response. I'm glad I'm not tied into a contract with this company.

    I was charged by them £74 for a £25 internet. And £74 for a mobile contract that should be £15, I was also charged £37 by the mobile phone company.for the same contrace.

Very helpful and the cost savings on my business mobile (the business site not my blog) are quite amazing. A very insightful company that seems to be very professional.

    Although I haven't been with Unite for long, in the mere 6 months that I have been a customer of theirs, the Unite team has done nothing but welcome us with open arms, and helped us every step of the way. In the initial stage a member of our team was having an issue with their handset and Unite had someone out in less than an hour and a half! Unfortunately we wasted their time as the team member in question had his phone on mute but nevertheless it goes to show this is a company that stick to their service level agreement. Keep it up Unite!
