Do not live here. Student Living Heights has extremely friendly front desk staff. HOWEVER, we have had construction occurring since last year and we never informed this would occur. Drilling, hammering, and noise starts at 9am everyday. It’s started at 8:45am on a Saturday. I almost have to beg for maintenance to be done. The dryers are finally getting replaced after not working for months. This location has no problem demanding a full payment upfront from students but is not student-centric and feels like a business, because it is. The bathroom as has timed sinks so you have to push the button down every 7 seconds. Take caution when considering to live here.

Pros: The accommodation itself is good, with a good location and decent price. Most of the infrastructure and other facilities are good. The receptionists are kind. Cons: However most annoying thing is extremely frequent room inspections. During the last one year stay, there were about 15 room access requests were raised from the management team. And they won’t tell you the exact time slot when they will access your room. (They have the keys) This is quite annoying.
