One of the best days of my live is the day I left this place 😴❤️, A lot of terrible things happened with me here that if I decided to write a book about them a book wouldn’t take it 😅, but I’ll make the long story short, the staff is the worst thing about this accommodation especially one of them for sure he has a mentality issue, if u say Hi to him without reason he would change his mood and start shouting as he is a big boos where there’s nothing worthy to get angry about, most students are young and having their first experience in student accommodation and he take advantage of this matter and put his own rules!! I’ve met a lot of great friends there❤️, but if the same staff still there don’t u ever think to go there RUN 🏃🏻🏃🏻🏃🏻😅

the worst accommodation in the UK. Don't go there. The Staff is rude. There is no heating and hot water. Kitchens are disgusting. The laundry room is not working and it's so expensive. And the area is also so dangerous. Don't go here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This accommodation is totally the option you don't need to consider except when there's nothing but this one. 1. Rude staff 2. Defective facilities and flats Staff especially some receptionists are very rude. I've never seen such a rude way of speaking in London. (Not all of them, but some ladies are VERY rude. I barely held back my anger for their rudeness. It's the first time in my 25 years of life that I've been treated like this even though I've paid a huge amount of money.)

Hi, I am writing this comment to mainly complain about the reception staff at Stratford One, especially the staff who helped students for packages in the evening of February 1. I understand the busyness of reception and appreciated their hard work, but the service quality and attitude of staffs is obviously various, especially some reception staffs at Stratford One. Me and my flatmates had stressed from their attitudes and sometimes have difficulties to access our parcels. Back to the situation that day. First of all, let me clarify that my attitude is not rude but polite. Secondly, it wasn’t the rush business hours. There were two staffs at the reception at that time, one was scrolling over her facebook page and seemed to have nothing to do; the other was helping students with picking up the parcel. After I got my parcel, I unpacked it and checked it on my way back room. However I found that the online store packed my products separately, so I went back to the reception and asked the lady to help me see if there was another item. BUT the lady got really really impolite and even scolded me for not telling her I have two parcels and wasted her precious time. How can I know that beforehand???? It’s definitely not my fault for just asking the parcels TWICE. Is it necessary to have such a bad attitude ??? I want to emphasize again that my attitude was very good at that time !! I did say "please","excuse me", "thank you" and so on. After she scolded me, she went into the package room and take a look casually for only 5 seconds and just tell me "No" she didn't see it. However, I confirmed the parcel was there because I asked the other staff to find it in other time slots and they did get find it on the same day. Whether that lady was in a bad mood or just being racist. This is not the first time that the attitude of reception staff is bad. If the service team don’t want to provide any services, please stop claiming that there is an onsite service team and 24/7 assistance on the official website. Thank you very much for your patience in reading this lengthy comment, however I am writing sincerely and politely on behalf of my friends and myself to ask for a better reception team service and looking forward to living in a harmony accommodation.
