The place is amazing. Everything is new or well preserved. The staff is very polite and helpfull. But there is a lot of noise because the other students are very louldy. And the shared areas of the flats are very dirty.

AVOID! Soundproofing absolutely horrible. You can actually hear flatmates from down the corridor snore. I swear the boiler gets turned off at certain times. Too many times at night theres nothing but cold water. Horrible area to live. Only benefits are the access to central london and your own bathroom. Other than that I’d suggest for you to live closer to your uni in a much nicer accomodation. You are gonna spend the difference in price by travelling to Uni.
