The lift has been broken since December 2022 in Block B. No repairs have been made. I have sprained my legs hauling up heavy suitcases because no one seems to care about making the building accessible. Do not book here if you can afford to.

Horrible experience living here. The elevator was broken for (at the moment) 3 months, and no one made an effort to solve the issue. The washing machines and dryiers of the laundry room do not work. The alarms ring for no reason, and they are extremely loud. The doors of the rooms are very thing, and you can listen to everything that happens in the kitchen or in the corridor through them. I left for 15 days, and they changed the lock of my door without my consent and left my door open when I was not there. There have been cases of robberies done by contractors who had to fix stuff inside the rooms. The workers of the reception do not respond to the questions or claims that you do to them. I would highly recommend not coming to this residence to live your LSE experience.
