Nice location for SHU students.. Only a 5 minute walk to the city campus.. Railway station and Sheffield interchange within 10 min walk..maintenance team was good..next day itself they rectified things most of the time.. One drawback i found was that the bath area cube was very small.. It was very difficult to stand inside even for an average person.. Another drawback is that rooms are least sound proof.. U may find it disturbing as even the talk from the nearby room is audible.... Main pro is its location in Leadmill S1

Do no stay here. I am currently staying here . When I first came evething was moldy, the fridge , freezer, hob and the bin. Plus there was no toaster, kettle and vacuum. The worst this is I am in a flat with no English speaking people witch has really effected me mentally as I have no one to speak to when I'm at my "home" I really recomed for you to spend £10 more and god to the forge. I am writing this review so you don't end up like me.

Disgusting facilities, plasters coming off because it’s so damp. My ceiling has toilet water dripping out and when maintenance came they put the flats mop bucket underneath the leak and left. It reeks and there’s brown gunge leaking out the walls as well. I’ve put several maintenance requests in and they’ve done nothing about it.
