Not very safe as students from other flats can walk in through the non alarmed fire doors and like in our case steak stuff through the kitchen and threaten us. Staff didn't really do much apart from close the door... So it could be opened again. Also overpriced and laundry is expensive.

Room was not cleaned between tenancies because when I moved out a hook that was on the wall when I moved in that I assumed was part of the room was charged to my account to be cleaned when I left.

This place was okay but too expensive for what it offered, messed up refunds and then chased for money they had refunded. Shower was dirty when I moved in also.

They don't clean the shower drain for any new occupants. I've had to remove debris and other disgusting objects out of my shower drain to have any form of drainage. Utterly deplorable for such an expensive amount per night.
