DO NOT COME HERE. LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE. You can see most of my reviews are positive as I don't like harming businesses but oh my god Unite what is going on Lived here for just under 2 months. Stupidly, I paid for the whole year of uni. Considered dropping out of uni to avoid being here. I have gone back home and have let my uni know I am not attending lectures in person purely to avoid being here. Do not fall for this. Overpriced, the room is tiny, depressing. Hot water is temperamental at best; bins in rooms and locks in kitchen are not provided despite my contract "due to last years students leaving them locked" - so we get punished. I will do everything I can to ensure nobody makes the mistake of being here. Edit! There are mice in the kitchen. Door handle fell off, nobody is coming to repair it. Shower heads are not new either, nobody will replace that. Shower drain smells AWFUL despite over Β£15 of cleaning products going down it. Edit2: Bought myself a new shower head. Pretty sure my deposit will be stiffed due to the door handle which was already broke (with proof) but honestly I don't want the pain of fighting with this company. Give it a miss. Edit3: Many staff have left and been replaced with new ones. Multiple maintenance requests and they've not fixed the door handle, they just mark it as "fixed" on the app. Security must be fixed, too many random people walking in for parties leaving me feeling uncomfortable in my own damn kitchen with 5+ randoms in there. Not OK.

Summer stay at a studio for 2 weeks - spacious and clean. Bathroom is compact but can get used to it. Quiet in the evening (probably because of summer), but fire alarm can be annoying.
