Beautiful spot. Open for ** Friday ( Jummah ) Prayers - Mosque **. 12.30pm in Winters - 13.00 pm in Summers. Brother Khadim the caretaker is an awesome man and very helpful. Found me lost and approached. Opened the chapel for me to allow me to pray even tho I was late. MA SHA ALLAH superb efforts, May ALLAH reward their efforts. Ameen. All nearby parking spots are paid parking. Best and easiest spot, Kendal Police Station. Walk up to near bus station, cut through Market entrance, exit the front end of Market, turn left and find chapel entrance between shops.

I do yoga here. It's a hidden gem off the main Market Square. Beautifully kept cottage garden and newly-refurbished remembrance garden. Interesting history in the gravestones dotted around the walls. Great for a moment of quiet reflection.
