It's amazing to have cuisine from Puglia on our doorstep. Unita4 does what it says on the tin, good Italian food at an amazing price. Portions are brilliant, and I can hand on heart say it feels like we were back in Puglia, minus the flight. Its a real hidden gem and treat in the centre of Ashford, and we are greatful to have this on our doorstep. Experience Puglia in Ashford, You won't be dissapointed.

Not the best place to eat. Food could be better. 8 pieces of ravioli £11.50. how to send back one spaghetti as it was cold when it arrived. I did take it back to be reheated. But sadly could not be eaten as it has gone congealed and watery. They did take this off The Bill. Staff could have been more polite instead of throw in the bill at you. Maybe if the staff did not gather around the counter then perhaps the food would have got out quicker. There was only 3 tables when we entered but we still had to wait. It was also a shame but waitress didn't hurt clue about the food she was selling . Maybe we expected too much from this restaurant. But manners cost nothing

What an amazing restaurant! The food was fantastic so fresh and authentic. The service impeccable. This restaurant was so needed in Ashford. We’ve been in there many times now because it’s that good!! Vegetarian options: So many options highly recommend the ricotta ravioli and sage butter bloody delicious!
