I contacted Szilvia after our puppy destroyed the handle on a brand new leather lead. She only had it 4 hours. Szilvia repaired the collar the following day for a very reasonable fee negating the need to throw away what was other wise a perfectly good lead. Top service, top quality work, highly recommended.
