Only my first visit with Laurence but initial assessment session was an eye opener for me. Things I was never aware of came to light after visiting many other physio sessions over the years and made perfect sense...another session due soon and very interested with the next revelation...so far so good (brilliant)

I went to Jack with issues in the top middle of my back, following the assessment I was given some exercises to do and breathing techniques. I didn’t think these would work having had many exercises given in the past. After the 1st week in noticed a difference I was shocked that it was working. The following appointment jacks worked on the areas that were still a problem and advised I wouldn’t need to see him more than 6 times, he was right my last appointment is end of January and with the techniques Jack gave me my pain has gone. You do have to put the work in too though and follow the routine given. I can’t thank Jack and the team enough. I would highly recommend 👍

Been seeing Jack at Unique for a few weeks now. The therapy that we are doing is definitely helping my rehabilitation. Previously seen a Chiropractor and had acupuncture without results, this seems to be working, slowly. Jack is personable, thoughtful and positive which makes the sessions much more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend.
