This is an absolutely fantastic company and I would recommend them to anyone wanting craft supplies. I order my knitting supplies online and they always arrive in perfect condition and in a timely manner. There was a supply issue with one of my items meaning that it was delayed but they called me to let me know of this and offered a refund or to dispatch the item separate of the rest of the order.
