Went in to book a nail appointment, as my previous nail tech did a pretty bad job. Didn’t expect to be booked in major early because I was looking for next week and it was already Friday. I showed them my chipped thumb and jokingly said “I’ll have to live with this” and the lady (feel really rude, I didn’t ask her name) fixed it for me for free!!! Already amazing customer service and I appreciated that she took the time to explain 1. BIAB wasn’t actually used (which is bad as I paid for it) and 2. the quality of the nail polish was poor. Customer service 10/10 and the whole vibe was just so friendly and relaxed. Can’t wait for a full set next week :-)

I stumbled on this salon a week ago .. they are all amazing had some beautiful curls put in and then today had a wonderful hair treatment and condition which was needed cos I was so tangled .. but everyone was helpful and so lovely going back tomorrow for some extension maintenance and can’t wait .. this place is a hidden gem with diamonds working inside xxx Service: Hairstyling
