The place to be! Quick and easy, no booking hassle, the prices aren’t unreasonable, you get in, get your hair done and get out. They’re very fast so you won’t be sitting for 7hours. - they could try to build a better relationship with their clients by chit chatting bur honestly if you just want to get your hair done you’re at the right place the braids are amazing. I had an hair extension done by Charity, and from start I could see from the mirror that it was very poor job. I immediately told her that the extensions can be seen from front and asked her to do it properly, but she struggled all the way and just within two weeks, the hair started loosening and the extension was hanging and can be visibly seen. I went to show her and asked when she could fix the issue. She started screaming like a mad/crazy woman saying “you cannot barge in here and tell me to fix your hair!”. I tried to explain but she became really vocal and shouting at me. Their was no form of apology given as you would expect, instead I was laid all sorts of blame and abuse. And I have to leave because I couldn’t tolerate the abuse any longer. How I wish I had read the evidence based review with pictures, I would have known how incompetent she is with fixing extensions and consequently, avoided making the worst mistake of going there. Anyway, experience is the best teacher.👌🏽 Service: Hair extensions
