  I spent along time trying to find the right company to replace all my windows and doors in my semi detached Victorian house. I had many different companies, all well known, come over to look at my property but found none that I was confident with to do the job. I was recommended to try Unique Glazing London through a friend when I saw the work they did on his place. Their representative Andy came over and offered excellent advise on the design of my frames. I went for the energy plus with extra chambers and on my colour scheme, we chose the slate grey for the outside. He also recommended to have acoustic glass at the front of the house, to help with the noise from the main road. I was very happy with the designs that were sent through and found the price to be great value, considering the extra frame design and glass thickness I went for. Once I made the order they gave me regular updates on how my job was doing. They supplied and made all of my windows and doors within the six weeks time frame they promised. The fitters came over and were punctual, very tidy, offered excellent professional advice and did not stop working, completing the job half a day under schedule. I am completely delighted with my windows and doors in my house, it is much warmer and the noise from the main road I live on, is so much better than before. I highly recommend this company for quality, professionalism and price. Regards Andrew Falk

  We were not happy with the fitting of bay windows, the company responded by sending a manager out to us the next day. The result was that we accepted a poor finish because we realised we were not dealing with people who take pride in a job well done. Lesson learned would not recommend or use this company again. Very disappointed

Lenten 46 reviews GB Rated 1 out of 5 stars Updated just now Communication difficult Regrettably dealing with Dave Howell has not been easy considering he said he would sort things out for my installation. The issue is that plans are required for a new opening and despite promises, nothing is happening. I thought we had a way forward with their architect but after 2 weeks I have had no response so am at a loss where to go next. They may be good at simple replacements but for new openings, they appear to be out of their depth. In response to Unique glazing, at the end of the summer Judi Woods said if I paid half the quote Unique Glazing would arrange supply of the drawings to submit to planning. In further discussion I asked what happens if planning permission is refused. The company replied that I would receive a full refund less £100. The £100 came from Unique Glazing, not from me. In the end I was prepared to pay the 50% but my last call with Dave Howell said the architect was on holiday and he would resume progress once the architect returned. I'm still waiting. I also asked for resend of the original quote but am still waiting for this as well. Reply from Unique Glazing Reply from Unique Glazing London 19 hours ago Hi Mr. Lenten, I am sorry to hear about your experience however, I would like to bring to your attention that we do not have an in house architect. We could have recommended an architect for you to deal directly with him/her or you can use your own architect if you need any sort of technical drawings/schedules required by your local authority for planning purpose. You offered to pay only a £100 fee for us to deal with an architect on your behalf and get technical drawings created. I am sure you would also know that any architect would charge atleast £250 to £300 for doing such a job. We can only provide you CAD drawing of the window if that will help you with your planning application. My response, You are supposed to be the window specialists. If you can't do a job you should say so at the outset. I would employ you to do the whole thing including necessary plans. This is apparently beyong you.

  I don't often write reviews, but we were so pleased with the French doors installed by this company that I felt I had to. Price - after many quotes, Unique was one of the least expensive - some others, twice the cost Value for money - very good quality Installation - installed quickly and on date promised. The fitters were tidy, courteous and efficient. Highly recommenced and would use again for other doors and windows if needed.

  Andy has been so easy, prompt and professional to deal with throughout. My initial quote elsewhere was about 30% higher than what Unique did them for me. Frames are solid, good advice on satin for the bathroom, they've done 2 installations for me so far and any future windows i won't hesitate to come back. I've never bought double glazing before and whilst there are the old cliches about it, they really couldnt have been easier to deal with and the new windows massively improved insulation

  Excellent Patio Doors! Thank You! We used Unique Glazing London to fit some new patio sliding doors on our balcony. The service from both the sales representative and the fitters was excellent. Very pleased with the work and would happily use them again and recommend them to anyone planning to get any new windows or doors fitted to their property!

  We have recently had our old conservatory renovated with a solid slate effect roof. We are very pleased with it as it’s much cooler when it’s hot and warmer when cold. Unique were very professional, the installers work very hard and am very happy with the end result.
