14th december 2022 After that, I am waiting for contact, but neither contact nor refund has been received. why? ------------------- We ordered flooring from Japan in 2019, paid £7140 and they never sent the item. And our request for refund was ignored. The deadline for delivery passed and they lied to me over and over again every time I checked when the item would be shipped. (The lie is something like this → production is delayed due to lack of manpower during summer vacation, shipping schedule next week, etc...) I asked many times for a refund if they weren't going to send the item. They promised to return each time, but they never kept their promise. After a while, there was no reply even after contacting them, so I asked several import agents to contact them, but in the end, only time passed due to lies and ignorance. When will you refund the £7140 for the item you didn't send? I had seen a review before ordering that they were scammers, but that was a few and many others were good reviews. But this store actually scammed me and I became the victim. Everyone please be careful.
