Their Revelation espresso blend has been one of my favourites for years. It is a good-tasting Arabica blend that tastes good with or without milk. They also have some great single-origin beans. Buying direct from Union is best as it is guarantees it will be very fresh and roasted within the last 48 hours or so. They have really good customer service and despatch quickly. They sometimes have good offers on. Buying from elsewhere, especially in the larger kilo bags, is a bit hit and miss. The last couple of times I have bought from a very well-known online retailer and marketplace, the beans have seemed much smaller, with an inferior taste to what I am used to and a much shorter shelf life. Union’s great customer service team have rectified it without fuss when I have contacted them (rather than the retailer).

You don't need to search very hard to see that union have excellent reviews for their coffee but aswell as that they have excellent customer service which cant be faulted. I had a slight issue where the limited release coffee I ordered was unfortunately out of stock and the alternative they had sent instead wasnt to my liking having tried it before. I emailed to let them know and the customer service team were quick to respond, polite, apologetic and ofcoarse offered a suitable solution all within a couple emails. Thanks to Ashok and Tom on the customer service team for their excellent service. Couldn't recommend highly enough.
