    The customer service is shocking. Very unprofessional for a bank. Their web site is user unfriendly. Often they don't answer the phone, it just rings out with no message. Emails keep coming back as not sent with error messages and many problems trying to login to my account. They are very hard to contact. I am regretting using them. I won't be doing so again in the future.

    I opened a fixed bond account and transferred money into the account over a week ago. I have had no confirmation that they have received my money. I have rung them and they say the account is being processed. I have also emailed them, but had no response.

    How can we as customers, provide your bank with more than one star when you do not answer your emails? Your phone is constantly engaged, then sometimes it states that it is temporarily out of service. Other times, you call and then get disconnected or hung up on. Bank of India is unreachable! I have sent an email. Let’s see how long it does take to answer. Why aren’t you (Bank of India) answering your phone calls? Why do some times you get a message saying that the line is temporarily unavailable and other times you cannot get through at all, and then get hung up on?

    Myself and my wife opened a joint account, purely because it was a good rate of interest, they lowered the rate of interest before we had chance to fund the account and would not honour our agreement for the implied 30 days to fully fund. They also could not find our personal information, although they had issued us with an account number, we're not quite sure what's going on there (poor management), but from the start we were not happy with their professionalism or their bank setup, which caused us to be wary of this bank.
