There is no response to emails and Phone lines are not been answered. These people are still with my money and saying nothing to me. I don’t know what to even do, has anyone got a clue on next thing to do? This is horrible.

Avoid at all costs. As other posters have said, they have held my money with nothing other than "we are speaking with our banks" - This is daylight robbery. Please avoid. I cannot believe it at all!

No contingency plan to deal with security breach in September 2021. Several contractors not paid for a (whole month). Contractors left high and dry- no phone calls of reassurance; nothing of the sort. Hardly anyone picks up the phone when you enquire when you enquire about this September delay. No one at Unified seems to know when Contractors will be paid. Definitely not good enough on this score. Horrible experience. Thus I can not recommend.

Do not go with them. Our payroll is being held "hostage" with no idea of when it will be paid. The response has been inadequate, stating that pay will be made "soon", but with insufficient answers and timescales. This is impacting on my ability to pay my bills, which will default.
