Fantastic! My brother in law was about to fly back to Canada and had left his passport in the hotel safe. Unicorn logistics were able to collect it from the hotel in Manchester and deliver it to our door in the south west that same night, which enabled my brother in law to get a later connecting flight before flying from Ireland to Canada later in the day.
